Copyright Issue

Today I received an email from COPYTRACK alleging I am using an image I do not have rights to. Looking at their link to the photo in question, it turns out to be a background image from Wall Designer. Of course, that is not my image, it came from Wall Designer, my image is from one of my photo shoots using Wall Designer to show how my photo would look on a living room wall. COPYTRACK is demanding payment of roughly 1800 EAU. While the lengthy demand email looks legit, I am looking at this as a scam, but would like to know if any other Sytist users have ever run into this.

Tell them to refer to case ID: 83BC57 and let them know if they have a problem to email info@picturespro.com. I have a valid license for that photo.
