Random $100 Credit Applied To A New Account
I have had multiple people successfully place orders to book sessions today. However, 1 person ended up with a mysterious $100 Credit applied to their account that automatically took $100 off their order.
I apologized for the problem and then sent them a separate invoice for the "missing" $100.
What caused the auto credit? They said they didn't enter any coupon codes.
Sounds like maybe a collection that included a credit.
- 1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin).
- 2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).
- 3) The order number of the order in question.
