Adding Download Options After Print Was Already Purchased - How Best To Deliver

Hi Tim!

We have changed our package AFTER the viewing galleries went live. Part way through, I changed the print product in sytist to now include a digital. Any orders that came in after I did that change, is prompting us to upload the digital file. However any orders that came in before I made that change, do not. Is there a way to add prompt for digital order to existing orders?

If not, I am trying to think of the best way to get the customers their digital files (i.e. can it be done through sytist, or do we have to upload to drop box and manually send them an email etc).

There is not a way to add a download after the order was placed. Your best bet is probably to email or dropbox them the photos.
