I Have Active Clf-display And Not Able To Edit At All

Im not able to enter CLF-DISPLY on the home page, I had no issue to add and do all setup. However 3 moths later I was trying to make some changes, Would not allow me to edit.
I have contacted hosting company and they are trying to help with out luck.
would you give us pointer why is not working, so we could pass the information to our hosting company?
We are using PHP version 8.2
help will be much appreciated.

There is some sort of server error stopping that window from loading. It could be Mod Security.
You can email me the following for me to look into it:
1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin).
2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).
