Remove /delete Billboard/clf-display

This may seem like a silly question but I can add Billboards and checked the manual and anyone else that might have posted, though how is it deleted and go back to a normal front page without the billboard.  I've looked under the Site Design -> Billboards (there is one there but no delete option - just edit - a pencil icon) & Site Content -> Manage Home Page and clicked the Billboard option but that doesn't help either. Update we are also having ussues with  the CLF-Display can't even enter the tab from the dashboard ?
