What is the difference between Account Credit vs Add Print Credit?
From the People/Account tabs...
Add Account Credit Add Print Credit
what is the difference between these two? I want to add a set $amount credit to each account that pre-ordered a proofing gallery to choose their images/products. I don't want the credit to take off of shipping or taxes, just products (prints, collections, or downloads...)

Account credits come off like a payment. So it will go toward shipping, tax, etc.. also.
Print credit is for a specific product or products that they will select photos for, like a collection.
Sounds like you might be better off giving them a coupon for the amount. A coupon will not discount shipping, tax, etc...
