Changing Php Versions Causing 500 Error
I tried changing the php version on my site from 7.4 to 8.1. Sytist seemed to work fine with 8.1 until I uploaded some images. I am receiving a "
" error when uploading images. I tried comparing php packageI had between 7.4 vs 8.1 s and I think I have the correct packages selected (e.g. gd).I have the sytist.php hosting requirements checker on my server and it says everything should be go to go (see attached).
What would be causing the 500 error with php v8.1?
Also, I have the exif php extension installed. Why does the sytist hosting requirements checker say "The PHP on your hosting does not support reading EXIF data from photos"?
Probably that upload max size value. It is only 2M which means you can't upload a photo over 2MB.

Thanks that was it! I didn't notice that those settings changed with each php version.
