I have tried to figure this out (3 days)! I have set up pre-order with a "Buy All plus up-sale option" product. It is an Early Bird Pre-Sell that we are doing on the photo day. I can't seem to get it only my website. I obviously am confused at this point and not seeing the trees beyond the forest. I followed the manual for Pre-Order (I think). Any help would be appreciated.

Like I just replied in your other post, you can't do buy alls with pre-orders won't work.
