Form Issue

I am creating a form and it keeps placing the new Form Field at the top.  When I try to drag and drop it only will allow me to move the field once but it will not allow me to drag and drop at the bottom of the form (the next field area being developed).  Do I need to create a form from the bottom to the top?

After you drag and drop the page should refresh, then you should be able to drag and drop again.

You might have better luck dragging from the bottom up because that can be a little quirky.

I appreciate your speedy response.

Unfortunately, that isn't working either.  I have added two text fields and have gotten one to move twice but still not in the right location.  I have refreshed multiple times and only got it to move once I logged out and logged back in.  It still wouldn't move to the end so it is now "almost there" but not quite.  The only text field will not move again.  I have refreshed and logged out multiple times for both text fields.

The thing is, I had other multiple fields add in correctly so my concern is starting over building from bottom to top the fields will add at the bottom and I will have same issue.

Form issue is a Safari thing.  When I finally thought to go to a Windows computer and use Google Chrome, it worked a lot better.  I came back to my Mac but used Google Chrome and it worked as expected with minor processing of the drag-drop.
