Redeem Coupon Button Showing But Not Active

Hi Tim,

The redeem coupon button is showing on the "Checkout" page, but it's not active. When clicked on it just stays black. It's also available on the "Shopping Cart" page and that one is active and working fine. It turns blue and gives the option to put in the code.  I have 2 available coupons, so that shouldn't be affecting it. I had a frustrated customer last night trying to input her coupon. Is there a way to either remove the nonfunctional one or activate it? Thank you! 

This is because of the padding in  the header causing the logo to go over the redeem  coupon button making it not clicking on mobile devises. I tweak the header and it is working now.
