Where To Put Code For Chatbot ?

Hello, im wanting to add a chatbot to my site that answers basic pre-loaded questions as a pop-up, or to the bottom right of each page.

I've got a code and it was suggested the header script, but this positions the bot at the top of the page above everything else on the site. if I place the html code on a page, either in page designer, or on the "embed video or code" space, for some reason it ceases to work.

My expert level is "tinkerer" so no doubt user limitations, but any ideas?
I'm happy to share the code if it's something that can be added for all users?

Would absolutely love the code once we work out where to put it!

I think I saw on another thread that it need to be manually added to each page. Not 100% sure though :-)

This thread is nearly a year old now, so wondering if anyone has had any luck incorporating a chatbot onto/into their site?

Looking at this again for the 2025 season .. even if it just continually said over and over "no, you cannot combine siblings" ( to go with my abundant words and graphics that clearly say you cannot combine packs )

YES! We are desperately needing to incorporate some kind of chat bot to our site as the silly/basic questions are too many to handle. Definitely need some kind of option for this in 2025
