With the new QR code function is there or will there be the ability to download a csv with the data that includes all the uploaded data plus the image file name(s) associated with that QR/passcode?

Thanks for this QR code update!

This would be handy, I'm trying to think of how I could find a specific student if they called after the gallery expired.

Yes!  This is the first time I'm using the QR for a school and that is something that I really need for fulfilling orders later.

I've discovered it would also be very handy for preparing the photos that the school uses in their files.  They need a list of names, grades, and a filename for the students' photo.

Since I do online proofing, I've set up two additional required fields where parents have to put their student's name and teacher.  So that will show up with all the other data.  It doesn't completely fix the problem, because it only really works if a parent only has 1 child at the school, but at least it's something.

OK, Tim said this isn't available but it is!

In the "PHOTOS" tab of a QR gallery, you can see the option to "Export Photos w/QR Data" under the blue "Verify QR Photos" button.  It's a bit of an obscure place for it IMO but it exists!

Data included:

Photo File Name Subject First Name Subject Last Name Passcode First Name Last Name Email Phone Address City State Postal Code Homeroom Grade Student ID Extra3 Event Date Event Time Photo URL

Yep, I forgot I actually did that.

The "Export Photos W/ QR Data" link under the Verify Photos button while in the photos tab of a gallery.

Next update there will be an option to export that data with order exports too.

You can use a file re-namer to rename files from the exported .csv list with two data columns of old filename | new filename.

This makes the QR data output compatible with the UK system of MIS image requirements.
