Manual Installation
My site is broken so I cannot get into the admin panel. I'm trying to do a manual installation instead following the instructions in the Sytist Manual (https://www.picturespro.com/sytist-manual/installa...) but I cannot find the link to download the ZIP files.
Quick update: I found an old version of 3.5.3 on my computer, and tried to fix my broken site by using those files. But it didn't work. Right now when I log into my admin page or try to open the site, all I get is a white screen. https://events.deutschphoto.com/client-photos/.
Please advise.
You have this code:
<script src="/cdn-cgi/scripts/7d0fa10a/cloudflare-static/rocket-loader.min.js" data-cf-settings="17fc213e2d56b92ffff47545-|49" defer></s
injected on the page where it holds keywords in a data-attribute which is causing the main page to not load. That is not from Sytist. Looks like possibly cloudflare.
How is it that you can't get into the admin?
Manually upgrading, you upload the CONTENTS of the sytist_UPGRADE_files INTO your client-photos folder overwriting the exiting ones.

Where do you see that code? It seems odd to me that Cloudflare would be the culprit since until Bluehost made some changes that broke the site (and possibly I added to the problem when trying to fix it), the site worked fine and I have another site that continues to work fine (https://gothamfamilyphotos.com/clients/).
Can I send you the error log, privately? Perhaps you can make sense of it. There are a ton of errors.
Also, I understand how to upgrade the contents, but I cannot find the download link on my orders page even though I purchased an up-to-date version.
Thank you.
See screenshot. It is populating where $_REQUEST['keyWord'] would go.
In your account here, view order #21325 to download the files.
Upgrade the site, delete the existing error log and if you are still having issues email me the new error log.

Thank you. The upgrade seems to have solved my problems. But I'm now getting an error that I cannot use PHP version 8.2 with Sytist. I'd rather not rollback my entire hosting account. Can I instead use the .htaccess file to call for a different version? If so, any specific script you'd recommend.
8.2 is fine unless you are using PayPal Checkout. If so, have the PHP version changed to 8.1. You can probably do that in your hosting control panel.

Thank you for all your help. Just one last question. Is there a way to dismiss the PHP compatability warning?
There is not a way to dismiss it. A new upgrade will be out within a couple of weeks and it won't show with the new version because it will be compatible up to PHP 8.3.

Amazing. Thank you.
