Free Price List - But Min Order Amount On Site

Hi Tim,
I have a price list thats set to £0.00 free so a specfic group don't pay anything but I have recently added a minimum order amount on the side so nothing under £2 gets processed.
Is there a way that if a price list is set to 0 then the minimum order amount excludes this pricelist?
I know a workaround would be to make a coupon code to discount to 100% but the way I had been working was much easier until i had changed the minimum amount.

Set your minimum order amount in your price list settings and remove the Minimum order amount in Settings -> Checkout & Payment.
