Year End Export 503 Error While Server Is Processing Them

I am using the manual information found here (https://www.picturespro.com/sytist-manual/orders/e...) to do a 2023 Sales report so my accountant can do my books for our annual audit and submission to the govt for taxes. I am using the "Report Export" button to output to CSV.

Unfortunately my server keeps dying on me  ad there appears to be too many records (there are 3237 since I first started using Sytist a couple of years ago.) for my server to process and I keep getting a Server 503 error. Last year there was not a problem but this year there is.

Is there any way to set a date range on the report before export? Currently I am using a "Select all" to select all of them and was planning on deleting the entries I didn't need in Excel, but currently I am unable to complete the export.

I could try going through them one by one deselecting, however this could mean deselecting between 1,000-1500 entries manually, but I hope there is a better way.

Thank you

Go to Reports in the main menu and you can set a date range.

Thank you. Discovered it after poking around. After selecting (1) do not click export .csv (under the blurred out GREEN sales total) unless that is what you are after. If you want the actual invoices/sales click on (2).  It will open up ONLY those orders. Select all and export as normal.

Much thanks
