Shipping Not Calculating On Some Orders

Hi Tim
Some orders are coming through with out shipping even though shipping is set for these galleries.

Most likely the product(s) on the order are not marked as shipping. Check the product(s) on the order in the Product Base section by editing them and see if the shippable option is checked.

Tim, I just had this occur this week. I have an order where shipping did not calculate for prints, but it did for the order before and after this one. The "Do not calculate shipping" shipping checkbox is not checked.
