I ma having an issue with Cron sending automatic messages.

It works fine for people creating an account & registering and ordering but it wont send anything else.

Invite to view galleries, abandoned carts, - it's not sending and just queues the email.

My website guy has tried to resolve but is unable to as it all looks to be set up ok.

He has sent me this error that he's getting but doesn't know how to fix, can anyone help please,?

Was it working before and stopped or you are just now trying to set it up? It looks like it is not reading the relative path.

Then something changed on the sever enviroment to cause this. I'll email you a file to upload to see if it makes a difference.

I don't know if it's the same problem, but I've been having problems lately too.

given that for me with cron-job.org enabled the test message and the preregister galleries start, so I configured it correctly.
I encountered problems and abandoned them (they are not put in the sending queue) if I select that whoever viewed the gallery (registered user) I am notified via message when the gallery expires, early bird and other alerts, no automated message goes into the queue. For me only the availability notice of the gallery now online works
