Multiple People Under 1 Phone Number In Text Messaging/twilio Page

Hello,

Would you have any idea why there would be 3 people under 1 phone number in all of the messages?  When you click on the names, they all do not have the matching phone number that is listed.  

It looks like it may be matching based on the last 4 numbers of the sending phone number in any area of another phone number that are in the same in sequence.  

For example: if the phone number it was suppose to send to was 123-456-7890 and another phone number was 123-789-0456 it will match because 7890 is in the 2nd phone number.

It is matching possible numbers based on 4 digits.

Ok, it is set up to match on 4 numbers, not the whole number?  

And if so, it is sending the text to all of the matched people?

It is sending to the phone number is has listed ( the ones you blurred out). So unless all 3 have the same phone number it is sending it to just the one.
