Coupon Link To Create Coupons Not Working

When I am in the Coupon screenI get a colorful band scrolling across the top but no windows open to let me create the coupon. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

You are running PHP 5.6 on your hosting (programming language) and current versions of Sytist are not compatible with PHP 5.
You or your host will need to have PHP upgraded to 7.4 or 8.1.
