Additional Order Field/options - Headers In Reporting

I collect additional information for some of my pre-paid sports-action shoots.  These include Jersey#, Team Name, Position, etc.  When I look at individual orders, those headings are correct (with the associated collected info), however, when I run a report on all the sales for a particular pre-order gallery, the header row across the top has header names from OTHER pre-order galleries.  The captured info is still correct, but the header field names seem to be pulling from another gallery.  

The headers are being pulled from Orders -> Product/Order Export Settings
