Accounts Randomly Getting Access To Paid Access Galleries Without Paying

Hi, 

We have a ongoing issue with Paid Access galleries. We are noticing that there are random accounts somehow being listed as having access to galleries without making the pay to view fee. We are having to manually remove access to those accounts before sending out the live gallery invitation emails. We can see that they are somehow getting access because the date listed is before we publish the Gallery. Majority are just being listed in the pre-registered list but there are always some that get granted access.

These Galleries are for Dance Schools so there would be a lot of returning customer accounts from previous years. The Category = Dance School, we make a new Galley each year within. 

Any ideas on how some of these are getting free access?

Maybe they have the password to the gallery? With the password they can access the gallery without purchasing access.
