Error Occuring When Trying To Delete Email Logs Older Than 60days

Hi,

Getting this error when trying to delete Email logs older than 60days. I think there are heaps to delte and it is freaking out.

When it does that look in the address bar and the URL will look something like this: 

/sy-admin/index.php?do=stats&view=emails&action=deleteemails&when=60

Change the when value which is 60 to 365. See if it takes that. 

Then try to the older than 60 days again.

Yep that fixed it, had to go up to 1000 days 1st to get it to work then went lower after that back to 60.

Tim, I am getting a similar error - "This page isn't working" and "currently unable to handle this request" HTTP Error 500. 

I tried what you suggested above, and still not working.

I am trying to delete several thousand emails, if that makes a difference.
