Reports

When I look at "reports" it only brings up a way for me to enter and expense - is there an actual way to print out sales reports from individual galleries? I haven't been able to find that.

Go to the gallery in the admin that you want your sales report on.

In the menu for your chosen gallery, tap stats and sales, then click on 'tap here to view purchases'.

You should now be viewing the Open Orders in the Orders page purely for the gallery you came from, as shown down the left hand side of the page above the menu.

Click select all and a bar should appear across the bottom with various options including two export options (as .csv) and print order options (as screen dumps but can save as .pdf).  

Problem is - as I fulfill orders, I archive them so that I know they are complete - so nothing is showing up - and if I go to Archive there is no way there to filter out by gallery.

Hi Gloria, on that screen scroll down to the "Archived" on the left. Click that.
