Sytist has quit sending me the email with half of my customers cc information. It will be ok for a few days and then it stops sending..Thanks

Bob - what hosting company are you using? I'm using Bluehost and my order emails just stopped coming through. I have them set up in Sytist to email to my domain email, which then is set up through Bluehost to forward to my gmail. Last week they just stopped coming through to my gmail, but when I look for them in the Bluehost webmail they are there. I'm trying to see if Bluehost can figure out why they are not forwarding. Because I'm receiving the forwarded emails from Pay Pal with those payment forms, just not the orders with the split payment info.

Update from Bluehost regarding my order emails: I have set up for emails to go to my domain email address then forward to a gmail account. About a week ago I stopped getting the forwarded emails into my gmail box. But they have arrived at the domain email. Bluehost says they are unable to fix the issue. Test emails forward through. It seems that only the order/split payment emails are being blocked for some reason.

Look in  Stats -> Email Logs. Maybe it is going to another email address. You can find that email in the logs.

Tim - 

My order emails are going to my domain email - they show up in the webmail. But they are not forwarding from there to my gmail, which is what I use daily. That's why I contacted my hosting company but they say they can't fix the issue for reasons I don't understand. Test emails forward fine. It's just the order/split-payment info email that don't forward like they always have. It just started about a week or so ago. I receive the pay pay payment email fine, which is also set to go to my domain email and forward to gmail. 

(Sorry Bob to hijack your thread, but I thought maybe your issue was the same problem I am having).
