Collection Field Doesnt Export In Csv?

Hi Tim, i've googled the forum, read the manual, ticked all the boxes, and yes, my clients are ordering from collections, but for some reason, this column is always blank in my .csv export - I cant work it out?!

you can see there are collections as you can add on to them... the add-ons show .. the collections .. do not.
