Wrong Automated Email Reply

When a customer signs a model release contract they and I received an incorrect automated reply. The reply includes a print permission from a former wedding client. This happens each time a model release is signed. I have created several new model release forms and it happens consistently. How do I correct this?

Sounds like you may have changed the default email which has replace codes so the information about the contract being signed is included.
Settings -> Default Emails & Text Messages -> Contracts -> Contract Signed
Below is the default content:
Hello [NAME],
Thank you for signing the contract sent to you. Below is a copy of the contract. [CONTRACT_LINK]You can view it online here[/LINK].
Pin number to view contract: [PIN]
[CONTRACT]
Thank you,
[WEBSITE_NAME]
