Requiring Customers To Agree To Terms And Conditions Before Checking?

Because of the way I've set up my booking flow (all sessions start as gift-certificates before they can book a session), I am trying to phase out traditional contracts for most of my day to day clients. Instead, I'm looking for a way to have Sytist display terms and conditions with an 'I agree' check box, or something similar, before they can complete the checkout process. The same way other large retailers do it--like if you buy a product from Apple's website, you'll have to agree to terms and conditions before completing the purchase.
Is something like this this possible in Sytist, even if it requires some finagling? If not, can the functionality be added? I'd be more than happy to pay a premium for the feature to be developed.
