Missing Orders In Product Export
When I go into a Gallery, choose Stats & Sales, click to view purchases, select all and then export Order Product Export, multiple orders are missing from the resultant CSV file.
For example, the select all shows 33 selected products and yet the csv only contains 26 rows.
I rely on this export report to fill my orders and now I realized that I have missed orders altogether. I now need to backtrack on the first two teams I photographed to send the missing orders to the lab.
Is this a problem just with me or this a coding issue?
Please help... I have many teams lined up and if I can't get this figured out its gonna cause me a ton of grief.

When I exported just these 11 orders, the resultant CSV file contained zero records!!! What is up with that??
1) Link to your Sytist admin.
2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).
3) Order numbers of at least 3 orders that are not exporting products and photos.

I've just discovered the exact same issue. The orders export on an Order Export, but the Product Export has several missing orders.
The order export doesn't have the information I need on it, so I need to use the product export to get the information I need.
Please give me 2 order numbers that are not exporting.

I realised today it was all of my sibling orders, AKA the orders with more than 2 collection options.
I have it set up to ask Child Name and Room Name in Collection Options.
Where it asks Child 1 name, Child 1 room name, Child 2 name, Child 2 room name (etc for 2, 3, 4 children) those orders wouldn't export.
Actually the issue is the collection that includes other collections, which those are. Those products were not getting added to the order. I guess that scenario has ever come up: collections that include other collections on a pre-order.
If have fixed it moving forward for the next update and on your site. It is not going to fix the existing orders though.
