Problem With Autofill Of Name

I am sure this is user error. I assign a client to a contract, but the NAME doesn't populate. See below! What am I doing wrong?
I select the client account. Still leaves the name as NAME.

That means your entered NAME as the person's name in the contract's Signature 1 field. That should be the person's name.
