Hi,
I’m assuming this may be a host issue but hopefully someone may know the answer. I recently migrated over to Bluehost. All up and running well however visitor stats are all showing the same IP address and when I click them for more info it shows my host box number as the remote host.
Example: box####.bluehost.com
Any help appreciated. Cheers

It would be a host issue but I don't know what. Maybe something they are running on the server.
You can try this and see if it makes any difference.
In your Sytist admin, click Settings in the main menu. Then underneath the left menu click edit config file. On a blank line above the closing PHP tag ?>, add this line of code and save:
$setup['only_use_remote_address_for_ip'] = true; // only uses $SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] for IP address.

Hi Tim,
My stats have started reporting the same IP for all visitors again today.
I’ve checked of code you gave me is still there and it is,
Any ideas?

Most likely your host is doing something to the server.

Another strange thing I have noticed today, the ip address on the sent part of a contact form is different to that of the visitors ip in the stats area.
