Watermarking Still On Pictures When Uploaded

Hi

I put a watermark on my pictures. The way collections are made is:
-I put a small format pictures on collection
-I have to approuved and replace the pictures before sending to customer
-I replace the pictures with the good format and then send a mail to the customer that their downloa are ready.
-When the received their pictures, watermark is still on it

Did I miss something, I try to found out for a check box on anything to remove the watermark when sending the final pictures, but I found nothing.

If you are uploading photos that you have already watermark ... not using the watermarking option in Sytist, then there is no way to remove the watermark.

If you are uploading photos without a watermark and having Sytist watermark them, then most likely you have watermarking enabled with your download product. Go to Photo Products -> Product Base, edit your download product and see if watermarking is checked there. If so, uncheck it.

The watermarking was checked, I just unchecked it! I was searching around the collection and albums set-up. I take a note for next products base.
