Hi. I am trying the 7 day trial. Was wondering what information do I see in the email that I am sent when someone places an order. Will it tell me which gallery it is from? Will it have the client's email address (or phone number)?

The order emial will have the information like you see when viewing the order in the admin. You can view the emails that would have been sent in Stats -> Email Logs.

Hopefully this is on topic enough :-)

I'm just wondering if there is a way to have the gallery name included in the order email/info?

It would save us buckets of time!

I'm also struggling to filter orders by gallery. Like, I can view those orders, but every time I open an order and go back, I'm back to just "all orders". And I don't like it lol ;)

It shows the gallery name under each photo on the order.

I emailed you on this topic and then found this post. This is absolutely something that is pretty vital for us. It doesn't pass into the stripe description either.

Ideally we would have all the details from the prepay event URL passed into it. Prepay - 2024-August-December - Gallery-Name

orders.Photographer.domain.com/prepay/2024-august-december/Gallery-Name/
