Billboard For Blog Post

I might be daft, but is there a way to add a billboard for a blog post that only uses the images from that post? I mean, I know how to add a billboard, and I know where to edit them, but do I have to create a billboard for each blog post and upload the images separately (the same ones that are in the blog post)? Does that make sense?

If you edit the section for your blog, under Design Options, there is an option for "Display a masthead" (1 billboard slide) of the first photo or cover photo on pages displayed in this section.

But if you want all photos to show, then you will have to create a billboard and select it for the page.
