Attention

If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions. 

You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

Can Not Log Onto My Admin Page

All of a sudden I can not log on to my admin page. It is telling me my password is not correct and I never changed it. I submitted a "forgot password" request, changed it and it still will not let me log on.

Every time I type in my username and password it takes me back to this screen. It doesn't even say the password is wrong it just keeps going back to the log in screen

Its working again.... no idea what happened and why it was doing that but now I can log in

And here we go again.... can't get on to my admin panel.  Keeps telling me my password is wrong.  I reset and it still won't let me get on,

I can now log into the client site,  but my admin panel still says the password is incorrect
