My hosting company removed PHP 5.6 and replaced it with 7.3.11. I saw the Attention notice at the top of this support forum so I followed those instructions hoping it would help and it didn't change anything. I'm still getting all the same warnings. I'm planning on buying Sytist and discontinuing the use of photo cart, but I still really need to access the information from this site. Please help. I've attached a screenshot of the warnings I'm getting. Is there anything I can do?

That looks like the PHP version is still PHP 7. The PHP version needs to be downgraded to PHP 5. 5.4 or 5.6.

Thank you for taking time to respond! If the hosting company completely dropped 5.6 you think that would work? Is there a link describing how to downgrade to 5.6? I'm looking and maybe I'm dumb, but I can't figure it out.

If they completely dropped PHP 5.6 then you won't be able to get Photo Cart to work.

You will have to ask your host to change the PHP version.

Ok thanks. It seems as though my only option is to get a dedicated server, so I'll try that for a few months, long enough to get all the information I need from the website before shutting it down. Is there anyway to transfer customer data/information from Photo Cart to Sytist?
