If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.
You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

Ordered Image Has Wrong Price

When a customer is ordering a (1) image, the price is reflecting a (10) multi image price discount. The price showing up in the order isn't even a price we offer.
i.e.... 1- image order is $150.00 the 10-12 image is $67.50. The price coming up is $60.00
We have tried to replicate this issue many times and can't make it do it. It has happened pretty regularly the past couple of months. We have even gone in as the exact customer and can't replicate the order they made as that price.
I hope there is a fix for this, it is very frustrating.

I have no way of knowing without looking at the order and your product settings. You would need to email me the link to your Sytist admin with the username and password so I can take a look.
