Attention
If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.
You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.

Loads Of "new" Customers With Fake Names

I've seen an increase in new registrations of fake customers with repeating names such as "MattStimMattstim"..always the same repeating first and last names. I used to get these occasionally but have seen a big increase in the last month. Is this a server security issue? My PC issue? Thanks-phil

They are just spam bots. Go to
Settings > Customer Registration & Login Settings and check the option for " Reject registrations with same first & last names".

Maybe it is just me, but this isn't available options from the menus on my photocart site. There is no Customer Registration or log in settings under settings anywhere on here. Help?

That option was added in version 6 of Photo Cart. You must be on a lower version. You can upgrade:
