Attention
If your Photo Cart is suddenly getting a 500 error or only displaying a blank page then you or your hosting company has updated the PHP (programming language) to PHP 7 which Photo Cart is not compatible with (and will not be compatible with) mainly because of the removal of the my_sql functions which are replaced with my_sqli functions.
You would need to have the PHP version downgraded to 5.6 in order for Photo Cart to work. If downgrading the PHP doesn't work then you may have to update Photo Cart to the last version of 7. Download Photo Cart 7 upgrade files. Upgrade instructions.
Photo Cart was retired in 2015. Check out Sytist.

Problem With Setting Up Buying Options For Purchase

Hi,
I am having issues with this in setting up Price Group - All prints are sized at 10x8 at a fixed price , but I would like to offer a Buy 3 & get 4th print free , I have tried to set up without success :(
Say one print is $10 and buyer selects four prints and places them in shopping cart, how do I set up pricing to reflect $30 and not $40, I also won't buyers to have option to say buy 1 - 2 prints at $10 each as well, of course if they select 6 prints they should get 8 priced at $60 etc , hope this makes sense

There is not an option to do a buy 3 get one free. You can try the quantity discounts.

Quantity discount options are shown when editing a product.
