I am wondering why, when I type in photo cart- extra characters show up? See here for an example: I typed a message to my client because I had to log in and place her order for her- any idea why when I hit return I get \r\n in my test any words with apostrophes come out with \ in them? How can I fix this?

In Settings -> Mail Settings, is it set to send emails in HTML or plain text? If it is on plain text, set it to HTML.

Are all emails doing this or just one?

Are you seeing the \r\n in the actual email?

The extra formatting is showing up wherever the Notes or Customer Notes sections appear online in the program. From what I know these sections don't generally show up in the e mails but rather in the admin, customer and printable links from the email confirmation of New Order (which arrives in an email). Any ideas why? How do I get rid of this? Thanks, Shannon

Download this zip file:
https://www.picturespro.com/sy-misc/download/action.finalcheckout.zip

unzip it to your computer and upload the action.finalcheckout.php file into your Photo Cart folder overwriting the existing one.

Place a test order and be sure the checkout notes have a quote in it and can place the order without error.

Thanks but I have no idea how to upload this file. The last time I mucked around in my files I really messed everything up. You have my ftp info from my last email. Is there any way you could do it for me?
