Bonus Credit Did Not Apply
Hi Tim.
I use credits a bit as a deposit and it all works very well.
I decided today to apply a credit to certain packs.. basically "Buy This Pack and we'll give you a Credit for your Next Order!" .. i'd barely set it up as an incentive and someone bought it right away ( yay! ).. so I jump in to their account and there's no credit to be seen and I had to manually apply it? The order says it was applied but it was not?
By entering a credit in a collection, the customer can select other individual photo products and this credit goes towards those prices. Example, a collection is $150 and has a $50 credit. They buy $60 worth of a la cart prints and the credit goes toward that so the total of the cart would be $160. Any credit not used will be forfeited and has to be used on the same purchase.

Ah bugger .. is there any way of making this as an incentive to come back ( ie: not in the same order? ).. when people come back, they normally buy more :)
