How To Exclude No-shows From Receiving Emails Re Photo Galleries

Hi! I have a very long roster of soccer players who we are photographing over the next two weekends. HOWEVER - some kids will be absent or not want photos to be taken. Is there a way to send an email out to ONLY those who have had images uploaded via their QR code?

I new update coming out today, 4.9.1, it won't send an email to those without photos in a QR gallery. So it won't send to the no shows.
