There are no limits in Photo Cart. You are only limited by the space available in your hosting plan.
Does Photo Cart work on a MAC?
Photo Cart is browser based and runs on your website hosting. Nothing is actually installed on your computer so it is compatible with both PC and MAC.
Can I add my logo and change the colors?
Yes. Photo Cart is very customizable.
Can I change the currency?
Yes, you can change the currency sign and the currency for payments.
Who fulfills the orders?
When you receive an order in your Photo Cart, you fulfill the order yourself with your lab (or however you print). Photo Cart is not connected to any labs.
Can I use this with a wordpress site?
Photo Cart runs in a directory on your website like your-site.com/photocart. So from your main site or blog you just make a link to that section in your menu.
Yes. An installation service is available for $35. Installations are generally done within 2 days of receiving the information.
If I get the installation service, what do you need from me?
If you select the installation service when you order Photo Cart, you will be sent an email about the installation that will contain a link to a form on my website to fill out that will send me the info I need for the install. It will ask for your domain name, your hosting info, FTP info (which you get from your host if you don't know it) and the name you want the Photo Cart folder to be called.
Is there a trial version?
I am unable to offer a trial version because to do so, I would need to encrypt all the Photo Cart files and that would limit the web hosts it would run properly on, and I don't want to do that. I do offer a 14 day money back guarantee.
How many times can I install Photo Cart?
The purchase of Photo Cart is good for 1 installation. If you wish to run multiple copies of Photo Cart then you will need to purchase additional Photo Carts.
But what if I change websites or change hosting companies?
You can transfer your Photo Cart to the new hosting company or re-install Photo Cart. You would not have to purchase an additional Photo Cart.
Can I purchase the add-ons later?
Yes, you can purchase the add-ons and install at any time.
